Property support

We discuss your goal, select properties, arrange viewings and communication between the parties. Document review, transaction preparation and engagement of a notary, translator or lawyer are agreed for the particular property and contract.

Commission and additional services

Written terms specify how the commission is determined, who pays it and the payment procedure and deadline. Additional services and their costs are agreed separately. Payments included in the price and each party’s costs are clarified before signing; this website does not set one commission for all properties.

Changes and ending the engagement
