Listings and prices

The catalogue helps you choose a property and contact the agency. A manager confirms availability, details, what the price includes and the terms for your chosen property. Samples are labelled as demonstrations. A monthly price is not a daily rate; short stays are agreed separately.

Enquiries and agreements

An enquiry is a request to be contacted. It does not reserve a property, conclude a purchase, rental or brokerage agreement or create an obligation to pay. The scope of work, commission, additional services and payments are agreed in a separate contract before the relevant services begin.

Materials and rights

Articles provide general information; documents and individual terms are discussed with a qualified specialist. Photograph licences are listed under “Photos and rights” in the footer. External services have their own policies. These website rules do not restrict mandatory customer rights under Montenegrin law.
