Renting: from choosing a home to moving in

  1. Share your preferred dates, rental period and household size. A manager will confirm availability for the full stay, seasonal pricing and renewal options.
  2. Agree your monthly budget, including rent, utilities, internet, maintenance and fees. Discuss the deposit amount, terms for its use and refund deadline separately.
  3. At the viewing, explore the rooms, furniture and kitchen equipment. Share your preferences so an agent can clarify what is included and the living arrangements.
  4. Record the agreed terms in the lease: parties, home, price, duration, renewal, termination, maintenance and owner access. You can refer to these arrangements throughout your stay.
  5. At move-in, record the key handover, inventory, photographs and meter readings. Keep a contact for everyday questions and agree how payments and move-out handover will work.
